Stir-fried Fatty Pork with Water Spinach

Thinly slice the fat and mince the garlic.

Wash and cut the water spinach.

Put a half tablespoon of oil over the bottom of the wok and add the fat.

When the fat pig is fried and the color becomes brown (not a paste), add garlic and sauté for 5 seconds until fragrant.

Add water spinach and stir-fry until soft.

Tips:
