Stir-fried Fish Sausage with Double Mushroom

1. Cut the mushrooms, wash them, and drain the water (the one above is Pleurotus eryngii, also called abalone mushroom, it looks like this anyway)

2. Sliced fish sausage

3. Stir-fry the garlic in a frying pan with oil

4. Stir fry and add the fish sausage

5. Add the mushrooms and stir fry

6. Put in half a small bowl of water and heat for about 5 minutes on medium heat

7. Add a little salt, a little sugar, a little white pepper, and then use water chestnut powder (a teaspoon of water chestnut powder, mix well with cold water, and multiply it before it settles) to thicken

8. Serve and enjoy

Tips:

Don’t use too much salt and sugar. Fish sausages have a salty taste. Sugar and white pepper are for freshness.
