Stir-fried Five-color Seasonal Vegetables

1. Peel carrots, yellow potatoes, purple potatoes, blanched eryngii mushrooms and celery

2. Dice eryngii mushrooms, shred the rest of the ingredients

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté the chopped green onions

4. Pour the diced eryngii mushrooms and stir fry

5. Add carrots and stir fry

6. Add yellow potatoes and purple potato shreds and stir fry

7. After the raw ingredients are basically cooked, add celery

8. Stir-fry evenly, add a little salt to taste
