The trick to making this clam is to stir-fry, without adding water, using green onion ginger and cooking wine to increase the fragrance, so the taste is particularly delicious.

Stir-fried Flower Clams

1. Add oil in a hot pan, then add scallion and minced ginger to fry

2. Stir fry the clams

3. Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce and stir fry

4. Add white sugar and stir fry to enhance the flavor, and sprinkle with chives on a plate

5. Stir fry until the clams change color and burst open

Tips:

1. Stir fry with high fire throughout.
2. Replace water with cooking wine without adding water.
3. If you like saltiness, you can add some salt appropriately.
