Stir-fried Flower Crab with Leishan

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, flower crab (cleaned), chives

Peel the bamboo shoots and wash them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Cut the cleaned flower crabs to remove the shell and crab gills in half and set aside.

Afterwards, put the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove them.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, add the cleaned crabs, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and stir fry until cooked.

Then, stir-fry the blanched Lei Sun.

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Season and stir well.

Put the chives and serve.
