Stir-fried Fresh Vegetables

Prepare all the ingredients, clean them, separate the celery and lily, peel the carrots, and remove the stalks of the mushrooms.

Cut celery into small pieces, carrots and shiitake mushrooms into thin slices.

Blanch the vegetables except shiitake mushrooms, celery for two minutes, carrots for two minutes, and lily for one minute. After blanching, drain the water and set aside.

Put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add celery and stir fry, then add carrot slices and continue to stir fry.

In the next step, add the lily and stir fry, and finally add the shiitake mushrooms. After one minute, add salt and turn off the heat.
