Stir-fried Fungus with Fresh Lily and Yam

1. Soak the fungus in warm water and wash it off.

2. Peel and slice carrots.

3. Peel the fresh lily and wash it clean.

4. Chop garlic and slice ginger.

5. Peel the yam and cut into thin slices.

6. Boil the yam in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. (Boiled it can shorten the time of frying and maintain the crispness of the yam.)

7. Pick up the cold water.

8. Heat the pan, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

9. Stir-fry the carrots.

10. Add the fungus and stir well, sprinkle a little water, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

11. Add yam and stir well.

12. Add oyster sauce and stir well.

13. Add the fresh lily and fry for 1 minute.

14. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir well.

15. Simple, healthy and fast.
