Stir-fried Fungus with Mushrooms and Green Peppers

Soak the fungus in advance, and wash the ingredients for later use.

Mushrooms, peppers, carrots are sliced separately, green onions are chopped, and carrots are carved with a mold. (If there is no mold, you can omit this step and slice directly)

Tips:
The fungus and pepper are not soaked in salt, so don't put too much salt. Shiitake mushrooms are delicious, so you don't need to put too much seasoning.
