Ingredients

Stir-fried Fungus with Yam and Pumpkin

1. The main ingredients are as shown in the picture, a section of pumpkin, appropriate amount of dried fungus, and a small section of yam.

2. Soak the dry fungus in advance and wash it off, and rinse it with a proper amount of flour when washing it.

3. Then tear the softened fungus into small pieces for later use.

4. Wash and peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and set aside.

5. Peel the yam and cut it diagonally into slices, and blanch it in a pot to remove any mucus on the surface.

6. Heat oil in a pot and add 1 to 2 garlic cloves that have been patted.

7. Add the pumpkin cubes and fry until first.
