Stir-fried Garlic

Prepare ingredients garlic yellow and garlic cloves. \n

Soak the garlic yellow in water for 15 minutes, peel the garlic cloves and wash them.

Cut the washed yellow garlic into small pieces, and cut the garlic cloves into slices.

Heat the pot, add oil. After the oil is 70% hot, add star anise and garlic cloves. A small fire cooks out a fragrance.

When the star anise turns golden brown, first add the root part of the garlic yellow and stir fry twice.

Then add the leaf part of the garlic yellow. Stir fry a few times.

Add soy sauce to taste and stir fry a few more times.

Add a small amount of water, then cover the pot and turn to high heat for a few seconds.

After the pot is boiling, add a small amount of table salt. Stir fry again.
Tips:
Cook on a low fire and collect the juice on a high fire.
