Stir-fried Garlic Sprouts with Shiitake Mushrooms

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, remove the hard roots, and cut into thick slices. Cut three to four pieces of one shiitake mushroom.

Garlic yellow picks out old yellow leaves, cleans them, and cuts them into sections of the same length. Cut millet pepper into small circles and ginger into thin strips.

Add peanut oil to the wok, and add the ginger to explode the aroma.

Add shiitake mushroom slices and garlic yellow segments and stir fry for half a minute, it will become soft soon.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a pinch of salt and five-spice powder to taste, and mix well again.

Add millet peppers to garnish, and the color of the dishes will become beautiful. If you can eat spicy, you can add them earlier. My millet peppers are too spicy, so I put them in the end. The dishes do not taste spicy.
Tips:
Don't cut the shiitake mushroom slices too thinly, it will taste delicious when they are thickly fried.
