Clams, called Huajia by Cantonese, are all plump. They are homemade delicacies in coastal areas of Guangdong and are very convenient and easy to make.

Stir-fried Ginger and Green Onion

1. Soak the sixtieth birthday with clean water all morning and let it spit sand;

2. Cut the ginger, onion, garlic, chili, and coriander and set aside;
