Stir-fried Ginseng Fruit with Lean Pork and Cucumber

1. Ingredients: ginseng fruit (cleaned), cucumber (half root), red pepper (stem removed, seeds removed and cleaned).

2. Lean meat slices.

3. Put the ginseng fruit on the cutting board and cut into slices, set aside.

4. Put the cucumber and red pepper on the chopping board, cut the cucumber into slices and the red pepper into pieces, set aside.

5. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the lean pork slices, add some cooking wine and stir fry until the color changes.

6. Then, stir-fry the cucumber and red pepper.

7. Then, stir-fry the ginseng fruit.

8. Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.

9. Saute and stir well, serve.
