[stir-fried Glutinous Rice with Cured Meat]
1.
Wash dried shiitake mushrooms and soak softly. Wash glutinous rice and soak in clean water for about 2 hours. Remove the stems of soaked shiitake mushrooms and cut into shreds (do not pour out the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms)
2.
Slice or dice the sausage, prepare peanuts, and soak dried shrimps in water until soft
3.
Put the soaked glutinous rice in the steamer, steam for about 20 minutes, and take it out (be careful of scalding, use anti-scalding tools)
4.
Spoon an appropriate amount of peanut oil into the wok, stir-fry the peanuts on low heat until they turn brown (be sure to stir-fry the peanuts on a low heat to prevent the peanuts from being burnt), and then set aside.
5.
Leave a little oil in the wok, pour shredded shiitake mushrooms and fry them to create a fragrance and serve
6.
Pour the sausage slices into the wok and stir until it is transparent and shiny
7.
Pour shredded shiitake mushrooms again, add the soaked dried shrimps, and stir-fry well
8.
Pour the steamed glutinous rice into the ingredients, quickly stir-fry, add soy sauce, salt and pepper
9.
If the glutinous rice is clumpy, you can add an appropriate amount of water that has been soaked in dried shrimps and mushrooms (do not add too much at a time, avoid adding too much water, and the glutinous rice is too soft)
10.
Add the chopped green onions, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil, quickly stir and fry again evenly, and serve.
Tips:
Because glutinous rice is sticky and not easy to digest, it is suitable for small amounts of regular eating, not suitable for over-eating at one time. This time I made a small amount of food for two people, one for one person, and the amount on the picture is just not more or less. Of course, if it is a boy or a big appetite It’s about eating for one person
