Stir-fried Goose Gizzards with Celery

Ingredients: Celery

Cooked goose gizzards

Remove the leaves and roots of celery, wash and remove.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the cooked goose gizzards on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut celery and stir fry.

Next, add in the cooked goose gizzards and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of salt and chicken essence.
