Stir-fried Green Bamboo Shoots and Carrot Slices

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. The green bamboo shoots are removed and cut into slices. The carrots are pressed into plum blossoms with a mold, the pork belly is cut into thin slices, the garlic is cut into froth, the rice pepper is cut into grains, and the garlic leaves are cut into sections.
