Stir-fried Green Bamboo Shoots and Carrot Slices

Prepare the ingredients.

The green bamboo shoots are removed and cut into slices. The carrots are pressed into plum blossoms with a mold, the pork belly is cut into thin slices, the garlic is cut into froth, the rice pepper is cut into grains, and the garlic leaves are cut into sections.

Boil water in the pot, add a little salt and oil, (to keep the greens green), blanch the sliced green bamboo shoots and carrots.

Cool water for later use.

Start the pot and cook the oil. Stir the pork belly over a low fire to get the oil, add the rice pepper and minced garlic to stir fragrantly.

Fry the green bamboo shoots and carrots quickly and evenly.
7.
Season with salt, chicken essence and oyster sauce.

Add garlic leaves and stir fry evenly.
9.
Take out the pan and serve.
