Stir-fried Green Crab with Green Onion and Ginger

Clean the blue crab, (the steps are the same as in the previous article http://home.meishichina.com/recipe-9984.html, just one steamed and one green onion and ginger stir-fry). Remove eight pieces and marinate with a little white wine. The effect of deodorizing and improving freshness.

Slice ginger, cut garlic into small pieces, cut green onion into sections, and cut yellow and green peppers into small pieces.
