Stir-fried Green Peas with Dried Vegetables

Prepared dried vegetables and green peas kernels.

Soak the dried vegetables in water, and squeeze the water after washing.
3.
Blanch the green peas in a pot of boiling water.
4.
Slice garlic and dice green pepper.
5.
Heat oil in the pan, add garlic slices and bean paste and sauté until fragrant.

Then add the dried vegetables and green peas and stir fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of water to cook the beans thoroughly.
8.
Finally, add diced green peppers, salt, and chicken essence and stir-fry until it is out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The bean kernels must be fried thoroughly before they can be eaten.
2. If you like spicy food, add some chili for more food.
