Stir-fried Green Peppers

Wash and shred the green pepper, fragrant and cut into strips, mince the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour oil in a wok and sauté fragrant onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour in the dried fragrant and stir fry for a while.

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Continue after adding sugar and salt.

Add green pepper and stir fry evenly.

Add a little balsamic vinegar and stir fry evenly.

Add a little sesame oil.

Stir and turn off the heat evenly.
Tips:
The fragrant dried can be fried for a while to let it taste.
The amount of salt can be added as appropriate, the dried fragrant itself is somewhat salty, so as not to oversalt the vegetables.
Add a little balsamic vinegar at the end to add flavor to the dishes and make simple dishes more palatable.
