Stir-fried Green Peppers with Shrimp Skins

Chop the green onions and ginger.

Carrot slices.

Cut green peppers into rhombuses.

Wash the dried shrimps.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onions and ginger to fry until fragrant.

Then add shrimp skins and carrot slices and stir fry with a little sugar and vinegar.

Then add green pepper and stir fry.

Fry until the green peppers are cooked, add a small amount of salt and pepper to the pan.
