Stir-fried Green Radish

Wash the green radishes, peel them, and cut into filaments

Heat the pan, add a proper amount of oil, and when the oil is 50% hot, put the shredded radish in the pan and stir fry

After the radish is broken, add a tablespoon of water

Add dried chili shreds to the pot and stir fry twice, then add half a bowl of water, and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat. When there is still a little soup in the pot, season with salt and serve.
