Stir-fried Ground Beef with Capers
1.
Fresh beef (I bought loin, if you don’t understand, you can ask the stall owner), wash and set aside.
2.
Chop into minced meat, add half a spoon of light soy sauce, white pepper, oyster sauce and cooking wine and stir well.
3.
Wash and chop homemade capers. (If you can’t make it yourself, you can buy it at the supermarket or the vegetable market)
4.
Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small circles.
5.
Put oil in the pan, pour in the ground beef, use chopsticks to quickly loosen it. (Medium fire)
6.
Fry until the color changes and push to the side of the pan.
7.
Add green and red peppers and fry twice, then pour in capers.
8.
Stir-fry for two minutes, pour in the light soy sauce, stir-fry well and get out of the pan.
Tips:
1 The amount of ingredients can be increased according to the number of people.
For 2 heavy flavors, you can add appropriate amount of salt.
3 This dish is almost the same as the method of stir-fried capers with minced meat.
