Stir-fried Ground Beef with Hang Pepper and Black Beans
1.
List of materials. Remove the garlic and chop it. Wash the tempeh to remove some of the salt
2.
Wash the hang peppers and cut them into small circles, then put them in a rice cooker steamer and rinse for a while, so that the chili seeds can be washed away.
3.
Beat the beef with a food processor, add light soy sauce and oil, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes
4.
Add oil to the pan, add minced beef and fry until loose and shovel out
5.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and tempeh
6.
After the pepper rings are stir-fried until soft, return the minced beef to the pan, season with salt and sugar
Tips:
Yongchuan tempeh itself has a salty taste, so when I made this dish, I added very little salt and added a little bit of sugar.
