Stir-fried Ham with Mushroom

1. Ingredients: with beans

2. Ham sausage, fresh shiitake mushrooms

3. Fold the beans into sections, clean them, and remove them for later use.

4. Wash and remove the fresh shiitake mushrooms.

5. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

6. Unpack the ham sausage, put it on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

7. Afterwards, put the beans in a pot of boiling water, blanch them, and remove them after 2-3 minutes.

8. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the cut fresh mushrooms and blanched beans, stir fry with an appropriate amount of water.

9. Next, add the sliced ham and stir fry.

10. Then, add some salt and chicken essence.

11. Stir-fry well and serve.
