Stir-fried Rice Cakes with Minced Meat and Beans

Ingredients: rice cakes, with beans (picked and washed), minced meat

Unpack the rice cake, put it on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Put the picked and washed beans into a pot of clean water, blanch until cooked, remove.

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add minced meat, and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the cut rice cakes and the blanched beans, and add an appropriate amount of water.
