Stir-fried Ham with Silken Head

Cut the shredded cabbage into strips.

Sliced ham. Finely chop garlic.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.
4.
Fry the ham into fragrant.
5.
Pour the shredded cossette and stir fry.
6.
Stir-fry until soft and add some salt.
7.
Add a little chicken essence.
8.
Pour some light soy sauce.
9.
Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir evenly.
Tips:
The oyster sauce must be put on last to taste good.
