Stir-fried Hawthorn with Sugar
1.
The rock candy needs to be ground into powder
2.
Remove the pedicles of the hawthorn, wash and control the moisture,
3.
Pour the water and rock sugar into the pot and boil it over a medium-low heat. When it reaches a small bubble, pour in the white vinegar and stir evenly with a spatula.
4.
Pour in the washed hawthorn, turn off the heat, and stir quickly until you see white crystals.
Tips:
When boiling the syrup, stir it with a spatula to prevent the syrup from sticking to the pot and affecting the taste. Pouring white vinegar can quickly crystallize the sugar juice and neutralize the sweetness of white sugar.
