Stir-fried Hericium with Snow Peas

Hericium edodes soaked in cold water

Pick and wash snow peas
3.
Cut the soaked Hericium edodes into slices
4.
Blanch the snow peas in the pot and remove the water to drain
5.
Put the Hericium erinaceus into the pot and cook for 30 minutes, remove and drain the water
6.
Pick up the frying pan and stir-fry the garlic slices
7.
Stir-fry the garlic flavor, stir-fry the hericium edodes
8.
Stir-fry with sugar
9.
Fried snow peas in the pan
10.
Stir fry with salt
11.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, fry out and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Change the water in due course when soaking Hericium erinaceus.
2. Condiments are added evenly and personally.
3. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy colors and flavors to this dish.
