Stir-fried Hor Fun
1.
Prepare the ingredients and cook the pho according to the instructions on the packaging bag. Tear the cabbage into pieces, cut the onion into strips, cut the parsley into sections, and cut the cabbage with an oblique knife (the leaves are cooked at noon). The sausage is steamed and the beef is oiled before. Basically, use whatever dishes you have at home.
2.
Heat the pot without any oil, and stir the cabbage and cabbage dry. The purpose is to stir out the water inside, so that the pho will not get too much water when it is fried.
3.
When stir-frying, use medium heat or medium-to-low heat, depending on the amount of vegetables. Pay more attention to stir-frying to let the water evaporate quickly. Once it becomes soft, you can serve it for later use, and don't need to fry it too dry.
4.
Put another oil pan, heat the pan, add oil, add onions, and fry them over high heat to get the fragrance.
5.
Put the simmered vegetables in the pot, and toss the onion twice.
6.
After the pho is drained, put it in the pot.
7.
Add sugar, salt, and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. It is more convenient to use chopsticks at this time.
8.
Add beef slices and sausage. I use cooked ones. If I use raw ones, I will fry the meat first after the onions are fried.
9.
Finally, add the coriander, turn off the heat, and mix it to get out of the pot♡
Tips:
1 Those who like spicy food can add chili sauce or chili oil when seasoning.
2 People who think it is troublesome to stir-fry the cabbage and cabbage can also skip it. Try to keep the water dry after washing the vegetables, and don't fry them for too long while frying, try to keep the crispy texture.
3 Pho is bought from a certain treasure. It is recommended that you buy branded ones, otherwise you may buy ones with glue.
4 Replace the rice noodles with something else. It is the same with rice noodles, fried noodles and fried cakes.
