Stir-fried Japanese Pumpkin with Carrots

Ingredients: Japanese pumpkin, carrots (cleaned and cut into slices)

Remove the seeds and wash the Japanese pumpkin.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut Japanese pumpkin and stir fry.

Next, add the cut carrots and stir fry.

Then, add some water and bring to a boil, cook until the Japanese pumpkin and carrots are cooked and tender.
