Stir-fried Jelly with Garlic Sprouts

A piece of jelly.

Cut into pieces for later use.

4 garlic seedlings, cut into oblique sections. (I forgot to take the picture 😬)

Cut garlic into small cubes and red pepper into small slices.

Heat an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot.

Saute garlic cloves until fragrant, add dried red peppers.

Pour the jelly.

A spoonful of Pixian bean paste.

Half a spoon of oyster sauce, boiled water, stir fry for two to three minutes.

Pour in garlic sprouts and red pepper.

Stir fry for a minute or two and turn off the heat. Since Pixian bean paste and oyster sauce have enough salt, no salt is added.
12.
Platter.
