Stir-fried Kale

Fresh kale. (This is picked at the farm, which is different from the little kale we usually see)

About the size of lettuce, it looks old but actually very tender.

Use a knife to remove the epidermis.

Chop the garlic and cut the red pepper into small pieces.

Wash and cut the kale. (You can cut any shape you want)

Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and red pepper and saute until fragrant.

Pour the kale and stir fry.

Stir-fry for about two minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
1 If you like spicy food, you can add some millet peppers.
2 No need to add chicken essence and MSG condiments, the original taste of the vegetables is very beautiful!
