Stir-fried Kale with Ham

The ham needs to be soaked half a day in advance, because the ham is still bacon in nature, so it will be a bit salty, so it needs to be soaked for a longer time, and the water can be changed once or twice during the soaking process. After soaking in a pot of cold water, let it boil briefly.

Boiled ham can also process the kale, soak the kale in the rice washing water for 20 minutes.
