Stir-fried Kei Wai Shrimp

Shrimp to go to the sand line, open the side

Add cooking wine, ginger, pepper, light soy sauce and marinate for more than 15 minutes

Saute ginger, garlic, and shrimp in a frying pan (don’t use the marinated sauce)
4.
Stir-fry until the shrimp changes color, soy sauce, cooking wine, ribs flavor seasoning, chicken essence
5.
Stir the green and red peppers before serving, and sprinkle with coriander.
