Stir Fried Kidney
1.
Cut the white fascia inside the pork loin, and cut it with a cornflower knife on the inside.
2.
Cut into small pieces, boil water, add a few drops of white wine, put in the pork loin and blanch for 10 seconds, pick up and rinse.
3.
Slice ginger, cut green and red peppers into pieces separately; heat the pan, sauté ginger slices and green and red peppers
4.
Pour in the pork loin, pour in an appropriate amount of white wine, and stir fry a few times
5.
Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and add a little salt (because light soy sauce is used, so you don’t need to add more salt, or you don’t need to add salt if you put a little more light soy sauce)
6.
Put a little sugar, pour in water starch (cornstarch + water and mix well), stir-fry evenly, out of the pan
