Stir-fried Kidneys with Chinese Wolfberry and Wolfberry

Wash the pork loin, remove the white inner wall, cut into slices with a knife, add starch and stir evenly.

Cut into kidneys

Wash the wolfberry, fleece-flower root and other materials

Boil in a red pot, add oil, put the shallots in a saucepan first, then put the fleece-flower root and stir-fry for 1 minute

Add the kidneys and stir-fry for 5 minutes

Add appropriate amount of water and salt, add a lid and simmer for one minute
7.
Open the lid, pour in the wolfberry, mix evenly, and eat it out of the pot.
Tips:
It is best to marinate the kidneys with cornstarch and appropriate amount of salt oil for three minutes before stir-frying. The taste will be better.
