Stir-fried King Pleurotus with Leek and Shrimp Skin

Ingredients: Pleurotus eryngii, leek.

Dried shrimps.

Wash the eryngii mushrooms.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into thicker silk, set aside.

Wash the leeks.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.
