In winter, my mother occasionally buys some sheep offal, which is specially used to make mutton soup. Our mutton soup contains sheep offal or mutton, and vermicelli. A bowl in winter is not only fragrant and delicious, but after eating it I feel that my body is warm.
This time I bought a lot of lamb, so I stir-fried the remaining half and found that it was also very delicious!

Stir-fried Lamb

1. Pour oil into the pot, add pepper and aniseed and sauté until fragrant.

2. Add the lamb and stir fry.

3. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.

4. Add onions and peppers and stir fry.

5. Finally add Chaotian pepper and oyster sauce.

Tips:

1. This kind of lamb sold on the street is cooked and has a taste, so it is best not to add salt.
2. Because it is stir-frying, the fire should be large and the pan should be quick.
