Haggis Soup

Wash haggis
2.
Scald with boiling water, remove and wash
3.
Refill the pot with water and add the miscellaneous
4.
Scallion white, sliced ginger
5.
Put it in the pot, add cooking wine, pepper, cinnamon, turn to a low heat
6.
When the soup turns white, turn off the heat and add salt
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion leaves and coriander
8.
Just serve
