Stir-fried Lamb Tail Bamboo Shoots with Edamame

Ingredients: edamame, lamb tail bamboo shoots (salt has been removed)

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Tear off the lamb tail bamboo shoots from which the salt has been removed, place them on a chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Afterwards, put the washed edamame into a pot of clean water and boil until it is broken and removed.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut lamb tail bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then, add the blanched edamame and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.

Saute and stir well, serve.

Serve out and put on the plate.
