Stir-fried Lamb Tripe with Chili

The lamb's tripe is washed clean. When washing, remove the black film by hand.

Boil the brine for 10 minutes to remove the peculiar smell.

Cook it in miso soup for the second time. After boiling for 20 minutes, control the water and cut into small pieces.

Take four sharp peppers, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces for later use.

Put a spoonful of oil and pepper in the wok and stir fry.

Add chili and fry again.

Then add lamb tripe and a little salt and stir well.

See if the peppers are cooked and ready to be eaten on a plate.
Tips:
This dish is troublesome in washing and cooking. It tastes good only if it is boiled to remove the odor. You can use miso soup to add flavor.
That old soup is stewed chicken soup, so it can be used to cook lamb tripe.
