Stir-fried Lamb with Green Onions
1.
Take the frozen lamb slices out of the refrigerator 30 minutes in advance
2.
Take a small bowl to prepare the seasoning juice: add garlic slices, marinate with salt and sugar for two minutes, add soy sauce, sesame oil, cooking wine, pour a little vinegar, and mix well
3.
Wash the green onions, preferably with the white parts, cut the white onions diagonally with a knife, and cut them into loose slices, so that they will be evenly heated and cooked quickly.
4.
Heat the pot, put the oil, add ginger and lamb slices after the oil is hot
5.
Stir fry over high heat, pour in the sauce
6.
Pour in the green onions and stir-fry them quickly. After the green onions are put in the pot, they will die immediately without collapse, and they will taste crispy. Quick stir fry
7.
Stir-fry until the flesh color changes, and you can get out of the pan! You must eat it while it is hot, and it won’t taste good when it’s cold.
