Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

Wash red peppers and green onions with an oblique knife and slice them. Cut the coriander leaves and stems into sections.

Heat the pan with oil, add the ginger shreds to the pan when the oil is hot, add the red pepper and saute until fragrant.

Pour the fat lamb rolls, cook with cooking wine and stir fry.

Add scallions and coriander stalks, add soy sauce, cumin diced and stir well.
5.
Sprinkle with salt, cumin powder, chili powder, and pepper and stir well.

Drizzle a little vinegar, add coriander leaves and stir well.
