Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

Prepare raw materials.

Cut the lamb into evenly thin slices. Add the seasoning and marinate for 1-2 hours to taste.

Cut scallions into pieces with a hob for later use.

Add oil to the wok. Be sure to heat the wok with the oil, add the marinated lamb slices and stir fry quickly.

After the mutton changes color, serve it out and set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the green onions and stir fry.

Stir-fry the scallions for a while, add the lamb and stir fry quickly, add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and remove from the pot.
Tips:
1 Be sure to stir-fry and heat the pan with oil to keep the lamb fresh and juicy.
2 Cut the lamb thinly. Keep the thickness even.
3 Put more scallions on the white, to remove the mutton and fishy.
