Stir-fried Lamb with Scallions

1. The main materials are available.

2. Wash the green onions and slice them with an oblique knife, peel and shred ginger, pat and mince garlic;

3. Lamb slices are blanched in a boiling water pot until they are eighty mature and removed;

4. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant;

5. Then add the blanched lamb slices and stir fry;

6. Then add salt to taste, add an appropriate amount of cumin powder and stir well;

7. Then stir fry for 1 minute.

Tips:

1. It's best to stir fry with flourish;
2. You can also add some five-spice powder to improve the flavor.
