Stir-fried Lean Pork with Tomato Melon and Potatoes

1. Peel and cut potatoes

2. Lean meat diced and marinated in cooking wine and soy sauce

3. Cut the tomato melon and soak in water for 5 minutes, then remove and wring dry

4. Cut small peppers
