Roasted Eggplant

1. Prepare the required ingredients, cut the pork and marinate for a few minutes with salt, oil, ginger and wine

2. Cut tomato melon into hob pieces and soak in water for later use.

3. Put oil in the wok, add the pork and stir fry, fry until the pork changes color, put it in a bowl and set aside.
