Stir-fried Lebanese with Garlic and Bacon

Ingredients: Lei bamboo shoots, bacon (sliced), garlic sprouts (cleaned and cut into sections)

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board.

Afterwards, lower the cut bamboo shoots into a pot of water and blanch for 5 minutes.

Then put in the cut garlic stalks, blanch them, and remove them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat up, add the cut bacon and stir fry.

Next, stir-fry the blanched bamboo shoots and garlic sprouts.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.
