Stir-fried Lebanese with Hot Pepper Chicken Gizzards

Ingredients: bamboo shoots, chicken gizzards (washed and cooked), hot peppers (washed)

Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the cleaned hot peppers and blanched chicken gizzards on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Place the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove them.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the blanched bamboo shoots and the cut peppers and stir fry until the peppers are broken.
7.
Next, add the cut chicken gizzards and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.
9.
Add the right amount of salt.
10.
Saute and stir well, serve.
