Stir-fried Leek Sprouts with Carrots

1. Ingredients: Leek sprouts (cleaned and cut into sections), carrots (cleaned and shredded)

2. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the carrot shreds and stir fry.

3. Next, stir in the cut leek sprouts, stir fry, and add some salt.

4. Add the right amount of MSG.

5. Saute and stir well, serve.

6. Take out the pan and serve.
